The summer interns in this program will engage in a variety of data analytics tasks to support the research around the Energy Transition, i.e. deep decarbonization pathways. In particular we will investigate the role of on and off-shore wind and solar energy to achieve the transition. The candidates should be conversation with tools of time-series data analysis and ideally familiar with either R or Python to carry out such analysis. Students will need to combine the knowledge of energy systems with that of the variability of renewable sources.
