Single molecule studies of biomolecular adsorption processes

We are sorry, this position has been filled.

The student will assist with single molecule studies of biomolecular adsorption processes, including protein adsorption to surfaces and aptamer and antibody binding to surface-adhered proteins. Mentoring will be provided by graduate student Megan Armstrong and postdoctoral researcher Yifei Zhang. The student will be involved in sample preparation, data acquisition by single molecule fluorescence microscopy, data analysis using a number of software packages and self-developed software tools, and participate in the interpretation of the data.
