Single-cell chemical transcriptomics

This position involves research on defining the molecular response of cancer cells to exposure. The student will perform experiments to profile the response of cell culture models of cancer to chemical and biological exposure. The intern will apply a variety of skills including mammalian cell culture, molecular cloning, dose-response analysis and the generation of single-cell RNA-seq libraries. The intern will work closely with a mentor within The Chemical Genomics Laboratory.

Qualifications: Basic molecular biology and wet lab techniques.

Eligibility: Sophomore, Junior, Senior (SEAS only)
