Signal and Image Processing for Focused-Ultrasound Experiments

The summer intern will work on a series of computational tasks including signal processing and image processing (MRI, CT, ultrasound etc) using data from focused ultrasound experiments for non-invasive blood-brain barrier opening, ablation, and other applications. The summer intern is expected to work full time, either remotely or on-site depending on COVID-19 conditions and experiment needs.

Qualifications: Principles of ultrasound and MRI, computer science (proficient in MATLAB and Python), experience working with GPUs
