Protein Engineering for Biomolecular Recognition (Amazon SURE)
We are developing a technology using bacteriophage where calcium-dependent binding proteins can be evolved to bind proteins of interest. The new proteins will be engineered so that they can only bind the protein of interest in the presence of calcium making them valuable for protein bioseparations and related applications.
