Image Analysis Methods for Human Brain Microscopy

We are seeking students to assist with a new project aiming to capture and analyze microscopic images of entire human brains. We will use novel light sheet microscopy to image cleared and stained human brain tissues. Many analysis steps are needed for this data, from registration and spectral unmixing to ultra-fast automated cell identification using novel machine vision techniques. Students will be co-advised by Computer Science faculty.
