Cryo-Electron Microscopy of Neurodegeneration

The Fitzpatrick lab at Columbia’s Zuckerman Institute in NYC has multiple openings for technicians to join an exciting cryo-electron tomography research program dedicated to imaging neurons, glia, and human brain tissue through the development of an ultrafast laser phase plate (fitzpatrick-lab.org/pulsed-laser-phase-plate) funded by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (Frontiers of Imaging program).
